Nickie is also a HR consultant with 21 years HR experience, having operated at Director and Executive level and led a talented regional HR team that achieved a 'Best Companies' 'World Class' people engagement and featured in the Top 100 Best Companies to Work for in the UK for a number of years, also ranking as 3rd Best Law Firm to Work for in the UK.
Nickie now works with a number of SMEs across the UK to support and develop their people function.
